1. How do I book a consultation?

You can book by completing the secure registration form on this page. Once your form is submitted, you will receive scheduling options for phone, video, or in-person visits.

2. Do I need to complete the full health assessment?

All participants complete a brief registration form. The five-area health assessment is optional and available for those who want a deeper evaluation before the consultation.

3. What should I prepare for my consultation?

Please have your current list of medications, recent diagnoses, and any specific concerns you want to discuss. You may also bring notes about memory changes, mobility issues, or questions about long-term planning.

4. Where do consultations take place?

Consultations can be conducted by phone, video, or in person for those located in the New Orleans area. Each consultation is scheduled for 60 minutes.

5. Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first consultation is complimentary and is limited to one 60-minute session. It includes a personalized discussion and a written summary of findings and next steps.

6. What happens after the consultation?

You will receive a personalized written summary of the key findings and recommendations. If you wish to continue working together, follow-up sessions are available at $100/hour (with a reduced ongoing rate after 4 hours).

7. How is my information protected?

All registration and assessment information is collected through a HIPAA-compliant system. While responses are used to inform your individual consultation, survey data is de-identified and compiled for geriatric research, publications, and speaking engagements. Personal health information is never shared.

8. What if I need to reschedule?

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.All participants complete a brief registration form.
